Steph is our Head of Corporate and Commercial Law.

Previously working at Linklaters, Steph has been involved with some of the largest and most high-profile acquisitions and transactions in the City of London on behalf of highly prestigious clients in the financial services, energy and pensions fields.

She has also been involved in IICSA and acting in the CDDA proceedings on behalf of Camila Batmanghelidjh, founder of Keeping Kids Co, being consumed for a number of years acting as one of many teams on the case of the "Tuna Bonds Scandal" involving the Republic of Mozambique
